Our 100% Ka’u (KA-ooo) coffee is roasted with Aloha to a full city roast. Like Kona coffee, Ka’u coffee comes from the island of Hawai’i, which is also known as the Big Island. The Ka’u district of the island is the southern most zone of the island. With the largest area on the island, Ka’u coffee should surpass the quantity and annual yield of Kona. The investment in local Ka’u growing farms, drying facilities, and roasting equipment within the Ka’u district proudly displays that Ka’u coffee is here and making it’s mark on the map.
